Three Advantages Of Having Mini Dash Cams Installed In Your Vehicles
April 5, 2016
With the ever-increasing amount of people on the road these days, more and more accidents occur. If you wind up involved in an accident, having an in-car camera installed will protect you from wrongful blame when you’re not at fault. However, that’s not the only reason for putting a dashboard camera in your car. There are several other advantages of having mini dash cams installed in our vehicles. Below with the help from http://dashcambuyersguide.com I have listed a few of those advantages.
Installing a dashboard cam can prevent your insurance premiums from rising. Drivers have started using the video from these cameras as an independent witness to prove who is at fault after accidents. You will now have rock solid evidence of any collision or other incident should you need it. Right now there are no insurance companies that offer discounts on premiums for adults that install dash cams. However, there is one company that discounts premiums for young new drivers that have them. This brings me to the next advantage on our list.
Teen Safe Driver Program
A company known as American Family Insurance has started a Teen Safe Driver Program where they give new teenage drivers a free mini dash cam for one year. Included in the program is driver coaching and education for helping them be better drivers. The camera that the company provides records inside and outside of the vehicle when it detects swerving and sudden speed decreases or increases. The recordings are then sent to the driving coaches through Wi-Fi where they can grade the teen drivers on a weekly report card. Parents can review the report each week by logging in and checking the videos and grades. By participating, teens get a ten percent discount on their premiums. Therefore, not only are these cameras allowing lower premiums for teen drivers but they also help parents keep an eye on their children’s driving. All the while, making our teens better drivers and making the roads safer to drive.
Crash for Cash
This is similar to the reasoning behind the insurance premiums. A dash cam protects you against scammers that intentionally have car accidents to extort money from their victims. It has become such an epidemic that it now has its own nickname. This dangerous stunt has become known as, the “crash for cash” scam.
You can find thousands of dashboard cam clips on YouTube. The reason is incidents are commonly caught on tape. They’re usually caused by a person doing something that is less than ethical. For example, one of the most popular dash cam videos shows a guy that runs in to the road and starts acting like he was hit by a car. The funny thing about it though, is that the car had already come to a complete stop before the guy ever came in to the road. Who knows what would’ve happened if there hadn’t been video evidence to prove that the guy was faking? Considering the cost at risk of not having one versus the cost of the cam itself, the advantages of having mini dash cams installed are obvious.
4 Tips On Finding The Perfect Business Partners
April 2, 2016
I’ve seen people struggle with pretty much anything in business, but if there’s one thing that terrifies business owners, is trusting other business owners to co-own and co-run their business. Partnerships are essential if you’re interested in not only growing an existing business, but also finding and exploring the qualities of other people. So here are some tips on finding the best business partners you can find:
TIP #1 – Trust
Do not, under any circumstance, get a partner that you don’t trust 110%. The last thing you want is have someone destroy your business, and worse of all without you even knowing. This happens more often than you can imagine.
TIP #2 – Better Half
Make sure that your other partner has strengths that don’t necessarily match with your own. You want to use that partner as leverage to grow a much bigger business by bringing in a different set of skills and experience. Avoid finding someone just like you.
TIP #3 – Communication
Communication is key in business, and in life for that matter. Make sure you can communicate and understand each other properly. And not only that, but also be very clear about who is in charge. There’s only one CEO, ever…
TIP #4 – Networking
This is probably the best tip when it comes to prospecting for a new partner. The more connections you have the better, your best friends will most likely not lie to you. So make sure you have the best, best friends you can have, that will not only tell you the truth, but can also guide you towards the right person for the job.

3 Costs You Can’t Avoid Regardless Of Your Company’s Size
April 2, 2016
The concept of fixed costs is not always fully understood by business owners. They don’t understand how some of their costs will be there irrespective of how much they produce or how big their company is.
Today, I try to demystify some of the misconceptions about fixed costs by giving you 3 concrete examples of costs that you’ll always have irrespective of your output activity or the size of your company.
#1 Bank Account
In today’s marketplace you cannot operate your business without a bank account. This won’t be super expensive, but banks have a funny way to make money, and they’ll pretty much charge you for anything you do. From withdrawing cash, to receiving payments, or even for managing your account. They’ll do it all!
Unless you want to have a full time job keeping track of your books and taking care of all your paperwork, you’ll need to hire accounting help. There’s nothing you can do about. Luckily for you, there’s a lot of options now, from online accountants, to full-time in-house or remote. The options are there, just budget accordingly…
You’ll most definitely need legal help whether that is to set up your business, write up some contracts, and negotiate deals, whatever that it is… You should have a legal advisor close to you, and have easy access to him or her in case you need anything. Business is war, you don’t want to lose it because of an unimportant legal situation.
Are there any other costs you can think of that will probably be fixed? Let me know below!
